Best BBQ food in town. Try the beef brisket Westerner sandwich I promise you won't regret it. Their Polish sausage is also amazing.

Very well kept and accessible spot. They serve generous portions and for fair prices. I enjoyed the meals a lot and the waiters were very amiable and chatty. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Dried out meat, baked beans tasted like canned, Mac and cheese ok if add hot sauce. Willl never go there again!

I would open one of these in NJ. Amen

This place has extraordinary service and delicious meals. One of the best spot around town. The food and drinks came out quickly and the prices are fair. I recommend this place.

Insanely great, how have I never been here before? Free soft serve when you buy a meal and you can keep your cup and bring it back next for just $1 instead of buying a whole nother cup? And the food is pretty good too

The food at this location was delicious but because there were no fans outside in the eating area we had to eat fast to keep our food away from the flys. Fans out on the patio would have kept the flys away. But again, the food and service was great.

Good food and great customer service but pricey

Horrible service.... don’t know how to acknowledge a guest when they enter, also I called my order in told me 25 min gave them 30 got here waited 15 minutes and they haven’t even started on my order. Probably won’t come back

Great location but small, compact dining area in historic district. Food was good BUT of all the Dickey's we've been to (including their original restaurants in Texas) the portions served here are extremely small! Very disappointed in this location. Maybe it's because we went during a holiday (July 4th)? They were really busy & had limited amount of food? Whatever the reason it'll be a long while before I return and pay approx. $20 for a 3 meat platter and only get 1 single rib and a large spoonful of chopped brisket & turkey! Normal servings we've had at other Dickey's restaurants included 3-4 ribs and enough chopped/sliced BBQ meats to make 2 sandwiches. So just be aware of this, if you're used to sharing a large platter with someone here the portions are VERY small!

We did the catering for 12 people and they knocked it out of the park.

It was over a hundred degrees outside and no A/C. It felt cooler outside. I wont ever eat here again. For those prices you should at least expect some comfort

The food was great the only negative experience was some of the staff. An older lady was ranting while working and cussing just all around extremely unprofessional. The other young was great talkative and nice.

I went to this location yesterday and was given hold over ribs from the night before because they do that at this and many other dickey's restaurants. It made me terribly sick and because of this I will never visit this or any other dickey's locations. I personally prefer Famous Dave's In Fresno because the food is always fresh and they execute it very well. I don't wish food poisoning on anyone. I still feel sick just thinking about the stench of the meat

Ordered catering for my teammates @ work. Food was delivered hot and setup by the delivery guy. The catering was everything we hoped for.

This place is hit or miss. We used to go all the time for lunch. We would go a little after one and It wasn’t too busy. Sometimes the staff would be very nice and other times they seemed as if we were their last priority.There were some days where they were out of so many meats and baked potatoes. We would have to choose between very limited options or wait another 20 minutes for something else to be ready.There were a few times we just walked out because they didn’t have much available and we didn’t want to pay for food we didn’t really want. On good days though, the food was really good. We usually get the baked potatoes with brisket on top of a smokehouse salad. For a while during the salad recall we had to stick to baked potatoes. That onion straws are really good especially when they are extra crispy. I really think it is the staff that makes or breaks how good it is there.

You get meat. Beans. Cole slaw.And you are happy.They do this very well.First time here. I always pass it up but I am glad it worked out today. Downtown Visalia is a great destination and there is a time and place for this to be the place to eat at.

I was left on hold for 15 minutes then when I called back it set me straight to a voicemail very unprofessional I not sure how the food is didn't get a chance to try it ordered somewhere else instead
